[Resolved] Flipkart — not able to login my flipkart account

Today i got this mail from flipkart-
"we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.

After this i searched out solution for this, and got on this is site. I never resold anything from flipkart, dont know what made them do this. So i replied to this email-

"i have been using flipkart from so long, i never ever resold anything from this site. Recently i got job and from my 1st salary i ordered some products to give gifts to my family. Whats wrong if i ordered some extra quantity. I am not reselling anything, please reactive my account."

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

Updated by ishanchawla i am not a reseller, i just got a job and from my 1st salary, i ordered some extra quantity of products, to gift it to family members, what is wrong in that.
