[Resolved] Flipkart — not able to make payment using gift voucher

When trying to make payment using gift vocher it says - giftcard has no balance.
When ghere is balance in the voucher..

I have two vouchers - same message when trying to make payment.

Please assist at the earliest.

When i tried contacting the voice support... Tgere was call wait and hence there is message saying please call back after sometime and call is disconnected.
I am unhappy with this support.
