Flipkart — Not able to raise return for recently ordered laptop and No Proper response from flipkart custom support

I have ordered Asus TUF gaming A17 and The delivered product has screen bleeding issues. After using for few minutes, the screen goes into black screen. I have been continuously contacting Flipkart customer support to initiate a return request and process the refund, Still they are not able to intiate a return request and keep on replying while resolution date with message as backend team or concern team will contact me. But no one is contacting me.
