[Resolved]  Flipkart — Not able to Return my product. and executive from Flipkart is keep changing my request from replacement to return vice versa

this product(mobile) has lots of issues in it.I raised return request on the next day of I received the product itself.Executive told me that only replacement is possible.I agreed.When I call after 2days, again executive frm flipkart said that from the seller side itself they cancelled replacement option.only return is possible.even i agreed for that. In ease of doing return, i provided my account details.and person confirmed of vocally for return of the product.
still nobody didnt come to pick up the product, again i called to flipkart. this time they said that they cancelled the return now. and replacement s activated. and the same person advised me to cancel the replacement request that moment. so that i will be avail of the return of the product.
Finally, today when i call and ask, very good irresponsible executive says that both the options are unavailable for me. so if I want i need to go service center of the product which I bought and do it by myself.
when I call second time in the same day today, one more executive says my product will be avail for replacement after 4days. so again I need to call them back on 15th April.

What is the solution for this?
Why each person is giving different information?
its loss of my money and my time.
I need right answer from the flipkart team and also need my money to be refunded

flipkart can reach out to me in my registered mail id.
Moreover, i am not receiving sequence mails on the product status update.
very poor customer service this time from flipkart.
I want only refund as you guys agreed.
