[Resolved] Flipkart — Not able to return my product. | |||||
Dear Sir/Mam, I am Yash Jain having account on your flipkart.I have purchase a product named Beetle Solid Single Breasted Party Men's Blazer it Order ID: OD[protected]. But now i m not able to return it because on my account its metioned that it is already return.I m communication regarding this problem to your concerned team since 10 march, but didn't find any solution.The thing i able to understand after talking to filpkart is a missing complaint was filed on 23 feb but it wasn't me who have filed that complaint. And I am not getting on what basis you have refunded him.I am a customer who have purchased the product and now i have to return it and i am having a product with its invoice and all.
