Flipkart — Not able to return Sony ZV-E10 camera and get refund delivered on 24th September

Address:Pune

I purchased camera on Flipkart and I want to return it.
Flipkart says talk with SOny as this item has brand return policy and Sony says talk with Flipkart. I am stuck and not getting refund or able to return the item.
Both Flipkart and Sony are sending me back and forward and waiting for return policy time to expire and then take their hands up from this issue.

I have attached screenshot of Sony support that Flipkart needs to deal with this and also invoice of my order from Flipkart
