Flipkart — Not able to use gift card balance

Hi,
i m trying to make payment using gift card balance but it does not get selected on the payments page when i try to select it. due to this, my 342 rs are stuck. i contacted their support on twitter but was nt given any proper solution. this has happened in the past too. But they dont do anything about it. plz help
