[Resolved] Flipkart — not accepting exchange items | |||||
I have ordered a tablet with exchange of my phone. While delivering the order, they are not accepting my phone for exchange mentioning a scratch over the top panel. While create an exchange order, flipkart has only been asked for imei number. Not any other details. Still i wonder, why flipkart has not been asked for more details This is a worst experience i have faced from flipkart for the first time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Dec 5, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 23, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been initiated on Oct 22, 2018 and will be completed within 7 working days after successful pick completion. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
