Flipkart — Not accepting return

Hello flipkart, i had asked for refund of ambrane powerbank order no od[protected] one week back... Delivery execute came to our house 4 times 4 times till now and rejected return saying some warranty is missing which i didnot get... So i called your customer service on march 1st and explained my situation, she said delivery executive take the return this time... But next day he rejected again... March 2nd i escalated the issue to flipkart escalation team, next delivery rejected.. March 3rd i called service manager he assured that it will get accepted at any cost but still got rejected..
