Generic statement:
Flipkart sales some items which are old models and not much useful in sale time with crashed price. And they put policies in such a way that you can't return the product once purchased. Also they don't make any exception for regular and authentic consumer.

My issue:
I ordered item https://www.flipkart.com/sony-mdr-xb450bv-wired-headphone/p/itmefzwyyrdzh2nr?pid=ACCEFZWYSHJEYDG3 from flipkart which had marked price is of rs5990 and they are selling it in rs1999. Buy seeing the discount in price margin i decided to purchase the item. Although the review was not that good. (3.7) also the reviews in youtube and gadgets now. I decided to give it a try and then if it is not i trust on flipkart that they will give me refund or else i can upgrade/opt for any other product.

But when i called flipkart soon after i checked the quality is not good. They denied the return and said i have to keep it. (I want my money back)
Customer call 1:
This executive kept my call in hold for like 15-20 minutes in order to transfer to senior authority.
Customer call 2:
He doesn't know the way to talk with customer and kept telling me again and again that i am in my thinking and flipkart is correct from their side.

As a indignant customer i will not want to shop more in flipkart but request flipkart to take the item and give back my money. And request my fellow customers to be aware and read the policies clearly before purchasing any product.

My learnings:
1. Flipkart runs on policies and not on customers. (Some policies really need to change else flipkart need to make exception in some cases)
2. Some customer executives are rude and they make any exceptions.
3. Not a customer friendly company.

Well at end they can tell me according to policy they are correct and i will surrender and they win. But they win a consumer complaint and loosing a customer.
