[Resolved] Flipkart — Not accepting returns for Faulty product | |
Ordered Realme X3 (Arctic White, 128 GB) from Flipkart on 15/10/2020 and received the same on 18/10/2020. After receiving the product I noticed it to be faulty and buggy both in terms of software and hardware. The phone's condition is not the same as its described in their website which is misleading their customers like me and many others. It always used to get freezed when I open even any lightweight application and I have attached a video along with this as a proof when the phone is getting hang and freezed and when I contacted Flipkart regarding my issue they don't seem to help me get a replacement for the faulty product.
