[Resolved]  Flipkart — Not credit my two refund from flipkart

My name is Avik Pan.
I purchased two mobiles for my brother(Animesh Pan) on flipkart and made the payment through debit card on 23rd November, 2016.
Due to some reason I cancelled two product, but I did not get my refund within 3 working days of the bank.
I called the customer care of flipkart and they told me to contact with the bank. After that I went to the bank and they said, if flipkart has given your refund, it should be credited into your bank account.
Again I called to the flipkart customer care and they said please call the customer care no of the bank. I called the bank customer care and they said the same as the branch(bank).
After that again I called to flipkart, they said send your bank statement. According to them I send my bank statement but I did not get my refund and flipkart also said to fill up “charge back form” to the bank, but bank said they are not able to give this form for flipkart.
Now it’s been 4 months over. Now i'm still in trouble but flipkart is not solving my problem.

Hello sir, it's been already 4 months over...your work is to solve my problem...your team is such a strong team..hats off them...they are not able to give my refund since 4 months...is it your service?
