I ordered a mobile phone on 24th July 2021 but due to some technical glitches the order was not delivered.
Then I want to cancel the order but I can't and flipkart too
Sooo, after so many calls they created an incident Id on 30 July 2021 incident id-IN[protected] and then they said your money will be credited manually and then they asked for my Bank account details which I emailed them on their support email id and they give me 48 hours+ 5 working days from 30july2021 but they didn't refund till now. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. And take strict actions against them
