Flipkart — Not delivering ordered product

I ordered kenstar electric water kettle on 8th Oct at flipkart. It was expected to be delivered on 9th Oct(next day).
As usual it was out for delivery on 9th Oct, but didn't receive any call from anyone. Instead i called the number shown in flipkart & asked about order, that delivery person asked "is my number showing for ur order, will check and call". But havent got any call after that. Later i raised complaint in flipkart that order still not received even though it's in nearest hub & was shown out for delivery on expected day itself. They told it will ve resolved by oct 11. But no response till oct 11. Oct 12 i again reopened complaint same thing. It will be resolved by oct 16, then same i called on that day due date changed to oct 19, then 21, then 25.. just due date getting changed. No other updates till today Oct 25..

I asked them to send another product if it's lost/blocked somewhere. But they are refusing that seller wont agree & so asked me to cancel this & order again. But price got changed now. I ordered it on big billion days order for 384rs. Now it got changed to 500+. Also i told "i dont want to cancel & i am ready to wait for even a month also but let me know the delivery date". They are not accepting that also. They just forcing me to cancel my order, they are like until you cancel, we wont provide any solution. They are refusing for senior callback also.

My question is,
What's the mistake from my end?
Is package lost/blocked my mistake?
Is ordering on big billion days my mistake?
If it's not my mistake then why i have to cancel my order &, reorder at higher price?

I can say it's happening for many persons using flipkart, few cancels their order themselves, few cancels after flipkart asks them to do. Only leftover few like me(or maybe only me) are raising voice for this..
