[Resolved]  Flipkart — not delivering product and holding out the refunds for a week

I have placed order with flipkart to buy a mobile on exchange and the courier people cancelled picking up my old phone saying its broken when its not. He gave an idiotic fake reason and cancelled the order and whn i had word wid customer care they said they'll make sure they'll deliver the product but not they are saying they can't. Which is completely insane.. They are holding my 2 orders amount. They take almost a week to refund the amount. Same thing happened with my friend the courier guy just said the phone has opened for repair so he can't pick that phone and cancelled her order as well. So basically flipkart is accepting fake orders and cancelling the delivery of product giving unwanted reasons. I was following up with them from a week.. They have wasted my so much time and never delivered any product nor did they refund my amount..

The seller has refunded Rs. 14390/- and Rs. 100/- to your debit card on August 13, 2019. The amount will get credited by August 21, 2019, as per the standard banking procedure.
