I would like to inform you that i have order (Order ID - OD[protected] a car vacuum cleaner from flipkart but that is no working that’s why i register replacement request, item has been replaced but same problem are coming in replaced item then i register return request 4 times because return request was accepted by flipkart but every i got a Pickup Cancelled: Pickup of Flipkart SmartBuy FKSB... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com has been cancelled as you decided to keep the product. Click to give feedback: http://ekrt.in/VFyDMZuuuN This message four time while i did not cancel the pickup. It means that they are cancelling by them-self and blame to me. This is not good.
I request you to please take any action against Flipkark regarding this matter.
