[Resolved] Flipkart — not getting product after replacement | |||
I ordered Moto-G 2nd generation having order Id- OD[protected] which was ordered on 25th may 2015 and was delivered which was delivered by 2nd June 2015 at pin code-282002 and the product was defective. First of all the company i.e Flipkart denied the pick-up from the delivery address so I had arranged the pick-up from a different pin code i.e. 122015 which was so delayed that it happened on 28th June. I was told that the replacement will be delivered in 4 business days. But later without any information my replacement was cancelled. After contacting countless number of times I was just told that their technical team will contact me, I was just given dates after dates. The last date they gave was 12th July 8:30 p.m. after which I was not even contacted by flipkart in any way. Verified Support Jul 14, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to the customer she wants the replacement to be delivered at the earliest.Incase we fail to deliver the product she wants the refund to be credited to bank account along with the discount amount instead of wallet refund.Informed the custome rthta issue will be escalated to relevant stake holders and ensure that issue will be resolve at the earliest.
