Flipkart — Not getting refund amount yet

Hi Team,

I have ordered mi 4x 4k tv on 9 oct but due to some reason have cancelled on same day but still yet haven't got refund my money and have tried to call multiple times flipkart support team but didn't got relevant response .

As i stated in above the whole amount got stuck so not able to clear my cc due so please help me on it to get my hard earned money back asap.
