[Resolved] Flipkart — not getting refund for in[protected] | |||
I have ordered a trouser from flipkart on 13/08/2017 from my mobile and when i done payment i got session error. Sbi deducted my amount of rs. 696/- i put my complaints so many times with flipkart. Flipkart denied each and every time that your payment is failed so we have not receive any order. Then i put complaint 2 times with sbi. Sbi give me detail about my payment and send sms and email with proper proof that this amount is settled with merchant on 16/8/2017. I tried so many times with flipkart customer executives they denied and give me new complaint reference number. Refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Sep 04, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We've not received the amount from customer end. Informed customer to contact the bank for further assistance.
