[Resolved] Flipkart — not getting refund for in[protected]

I have ordered a trouser from flipkart on 13/08/2017 from my mobile and when i done payment i got session error. Sbi deducted my amount of rs. 696/- i put my complaints so many times with flipkart. Flipkart denied each and every time that your payment is failed so we have not receive any order.

Then i put complaint 2 times with sbi. Sbi give me detail about my payment and send sms and email with proper proof that this amount is settled with merchant on 16/8/2017.

I tried so many times with flipkart customer executives they denied and give me new complaint reference number.

Refund my money.

Updated by hellopanchu I have already submitted that bank has given response that payment has been made to merchant.

I have already attached a copy of that email to this consumer complaint.
