[Resolved] Flipkart — not getting solution | |
Hi I have ordered a bed from flipkart on 18 and money was deducted on same day. But i have not got any order number then i called them on 19 about the issue as i wanted to cancel my order. Then they are saying wait for 24 hrs our concern team will call you. But i haven't recieved any call mail or msg from them regarding that. And still i have not get my order i'd. It is been 10 days now but i haven't recieved a single call or mail from them regarding my issue. I have called them atleast 10 yes but they keep saying wait for more 24 hrs. Now i want to lodge a complaint against them. As they don't have any proper answer and they are disconnecting my call everytime without solving it. Was this information helpful? | |
