[Resolved] Flipkart — Not getting the refund for cancelled product. | |
Iam writing this complaint because I feel cheated by flipkart. On big billion day sales, on 16th october i booked a phone named Poco X2. And the money paid is 15, 249₹ .And then at 8:43am i cancelled the order. The order is OD[protected]. And they told that the refund will be added to my debit card on October 19. But still now no amount is transferred in to my account. And all the time I call the flipkart customer service they are saying that already your money is refunded and they said me to contact my bank with the reference number they gave. And I contacted my bank. They said that we couldn't do anything with this reference number. So I have to get my money back. Otherwise I have to file a case in the customer court.
