[Resolved] Flipkart — not giving back refund | |||||
Hi, I've been facing an issue regarding refund of 12599 amount from 07 of jan and from that date till today everyday i am talking to your executive and bank executive u people are just saying it's been credited from seller side but it's not the case actually. And also the bank have no information with the transaction u people provided. I am continuously talking to u people from last 7 days and trying to get resolved my problem but u people are not at all taking it seriously and just providing the next due date thats it, in my opinion flipkart service was not that bad but this time i am literally fed up o[censored]r service Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jan 23, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Interacted with customer and customer informed us that the amount of Rs.12599/- has been received as refund from the seller, hence closing the complaint from our end.
