[Resolved]  Flipkart — Not giving refund, fooling by customer service

I placed an order for enerz go fit pro smart wristband worth 899.
Od[protected] is the order number. At the time of placing the order i called flipkart customer guy and asked him whether any problems will happen to products like missing products, damaged, not working... ..
And i also told him that i'm going out of town and i'll not be able to return the product if anything goes wrong with the product.
He agreed with that and told me that 'if anything goes wrong, you just call me. They'll refund the money or will replacement.'
I believed him and made a address change and forwarded with the order without cancelling.
And when i received the product, the charger for the product was missing and switch on the go fit pro was not properly working.
So i called flipkart customer service and told the scenario and asked the refund or replacement. At that time they told me that they would give me a call back within the itself.
I called him because i can't charge the band it is completely useless.
I waited for the call for 48 hours, and no one called me. So i called them on the third day after the first call and first told me a 'sorry' for the inconvenience and told that they cannot refund the money without a return.
And they just said a. 'sorry and apologised' for what happened and disconnected the call.
On the talk with them on the time of ordering and his word of assurance of refund made me go through the order without cancellation.
I just want my full refund fastly..
I'm out of town and surely i can't return it.
Please give me my refund of 899.
