[Resolved] Flipkart — not got delivery and now cancelled | |||
I ahve purchased a cooler during offer and get order confirmation but now seller cancel my order. And with same seller i am able to order another cooler but now 3627₹ differences in amount. So why order cancel as well now i am not able to offer. If seller not confirmed or cancel my order i can get another with offer. I have call 90+ min with flipkart customer but she not provide any solution as well as she tried for contacting call with manager 10+ but no manager come on call for solution. I want refund difference amount i. E ₹3627 from flipkart or my order in 8890₹ from my order. Detail attached. Please help me. Even plus member i am in loss of ₹3627. May 21, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Why it is resolved even I have still same problem. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 22, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order was cancelled without customer customer. We regret to inform that the customer order has been cancelled by the seller due to unforeseen reasons. Hence, requesting customer to place a fresh order and closing the complaint form our end.
