Flipkart — Not picking up damaged Airconditioner and Not sending Replacement for the same

Hello sir / madam i'm prabhakar asewar, a doctor from goa, for my house i had ordered panasonic inverter airconditioner from flipkart, they delivered a defective air-conditioner and when a request is put for replacement, no one from flipkart is coming to pick up the damaged airconditioner and give me a replacement airconditioner it's been more than 7 days today i'm waiting for pick-up of damaged airconditioner and delivery of new replacement airconditioner, i have paid 40352rs for the panasonic airconditioner which is stuck with flipkart, everyday i'm calling them but no one is helping me, it's my humble request to national consumer forum to help me with pickup of damaged airconditioner and delivery of new replacement airconditioner as i have paid a huge amount for it.
