[Resolved] Flipkart — not processing refund for the product they have lost | |||||
Od[protected] [incident: in[protected]] Ordered recliner chair from flipkart last month, it's been almost a month now still i haven't received my product yet. No proper response from flipkart support persons as they were not aware of the product whereabouts after it got shipped from seller. Flipkart ignores my case to raise refund and they just dragging days as long as they can. Never trust flipkart if you are planning to buy any big ticket items. Please take it from me, i have very bitter experience with them. All their support person including bansal are money minded, they never care for customer buying protection. Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Product was not delivered to the customer. We interacted with the seller and seller has initiated refund. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
