Flipkart — Not Providing Free Installation And Demo

I have purchased a Sony TV from flipkart which get delivered on 21st August. Before booking the TV I confirmed from flipkart about free installation and demo and they said the free installation and demo will be done within 24 hours. It's been four days now and no one came for installation and demo. I am contacting flipkart customer care since three days and they're not giving me any assurance about this and keeps me waiting very long on calls. I have also mailed them twice but they're not replying.

My problem hasn't been solved yet. No one came for the free installation and demo. Flipkart is lying everyday to me. They keep on lying

Updated by Mrrinal Dev They're unnecessary marking the complaint as resolved. My problem hasn't been solved. Flipkart is not providing free installation and demo as they promised on their website
