[Resolved]  Flipkart — not providing invoice of the delivered product

I bought this redmenote 7 pro phone on 4th jan. Firstly i have not received invoice for the order, this is a very big compliance issue for the brand like flipkart. Without invoice the credibility and genuineness of the product gets into to questions and without invoice i am not able to ensure mobile insurance putting my phone on risk. Also, i will not be able to claim the warranty in case of any fault. Moreover customer care are buying more more time with giving proper explanation and marking my complaint as resolved without any resolution. This is intolerable...

I tried downloading it multiple times from the site/app and complained about the issue to flipkart team more than 10 times. They create the issue id and then mark it as resolved without providing actual invoice and without sharing any update with customer.

So far, they are neither uploading the invoice nor sending on mail. They might have started selling stolen phone. No responsiblity no credibility flipkart has. Poor customer service.

I have all mails and records for the order. It will be produced if required. Alternatively, i am also likely to raise this issue with gst council as flipkart team is not taking this issue seriously.

Received stuffed card board boxes in flipcart order no clippers

Also, to add here Flipkart customer care team makes fool of the customer. they lie in very polite manner. when you ask them to escalate the issue they ask you to hold and in fact, transfer the call to their colleague to act like supervisor then floor manager. everyone looks corrupt and fraud. they give you false email ids for escalation and try to give false assurance. i have decided to not buy anything again from Flipkart. also, i would discourage others to buy from Flipkart.
