[Resolved]  Flipkart — not providing replacement as per policy and cheating me

Sir respectfully i beg to state that i am karttik of state odisha) had ordered a phone named nubia redmagic 3s (Mecha silver, 128 gb) (8 gb ram) from flipkart. Whose order id is od[protected] which delivered in my location on 16th november. When i opened that package i came to see that the flipkart poly-thin was intact and the mobile cover was opened. And when i opened the seal of package i saw some of scratches on back panel of phone so i lodge a return of that product (1st time). But suddenly the seller had cancelled the return request and for the second time i had lodged the return request. But on 19 th of this month the replacement had cancelled by replying that order has cancelled for not providing id proof. At that time my mail id was incorrect. So i had not got any mail. So i changed my correct mail id to give the id proof and after i lodged different return request (3rd time) but suddenly the seller had cancelled the return. So for cancelling 3 number of return request i called customer care and explain all the matters and they had lodge return request (4th time) and told me to reply the adhar id proof and concern team will call me. And also i replayed on that mail id. On20 november at 4.30 i saw that i can not log in in my account and error message had shown that 'your account has been blocked' and i called customer care for details and they told me that hey have forwarded about this to concern team and the team will be get in touch with me on or before 23rd nov 4.30p. M. But today i got a mail from concern team that your account has been blocked due to much return request in that id. *sir now i got scratches /damage product and according to flipkart terms and condition product can be replace within 10 day of delivery of the product. But intentionally they had cancelled my return request 4times and also blocked my account. When i am calling to customer care they saying me they can not do any thing. Because account is blocked. And harassing me mentally since three days. 1. Why intentionally u have sent scratch/damage product to customer?? 2. Is it secondhand selling site?? If no why you have sent me used product?? 3. Sir due to scratches/damage of phone i had requested to return that phone for 4 times. Is my phone is not going under replacement policy though before blocking my account you had delivered my phone. Is it not covering return policy?? Please investigate carefully and give me refund i don't want product from your site. Also you have not the rights to keep me tension and mentally ill. If issue will not resolve within 7day i will go under the law, will advertise in my high growth facebook page and will publish this news in daily news paper and internet news article.
