[Resolved] Flipkart — not providing return/replacement

I had ordered honor 9 lite from flipkart which was delivered to me on 19th march 2018, after 3 days i requested for a replacement because i was not satisfied with the performance of the device. Since then till the date they are just making me fool and not giving any replacement even though they have mentioned it very clearly that product can be replaced within 10 days from delivery if i am satisfied with the performance. My order id is od[protected]. Now when i am calling to customer care they are putting my call on hold for more than 30 minutes just to ignore me. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Mar 30, 2018 Updated by itshad1889 apart from the poor performance of the product, it is taking 3 to 4 hours for full charging, which was not mentioned in the product description. Obviously it is way too much time when every mobile company is providing fast charging now a days, and even if there is no fast charging then also it take maximum 2 hours for a normal mobile phone. screen sharpness is also very poor.. small texts appears blurred. Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the performance of the product delivered. We have interacted with the customer and informed as per the seller return policy as the product does not have any defect, customer has to visit brand authorized service center for further assistance. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
