Flipkart — Not ready to resolve the issues on time.

I got motog2 on 29th march of 2015. Within this short period of time i'm facing the problem that my handset get heated often and battery backup is not satisfied. so that i need charge my mobile twice or thrice in a day. i got call from the technical team on 30th april. they suggest me to download SmartCheck app... I complete my downloaded work. still i waiting for the call from a technical team. And i have one more doubt about this Smartcheck app. how can trust these kind of app, it may track my mobile and affraid about hacking issues.. hope for ur favour as soon as possible.
