Dear sir, I draw your kind attention that i ordered dated 29th april 20 for pollution mask 2 no.. From your on line portal. I got the date 6th may for receiving the items. Dated 6th may again i receive message that i receive items dated 10th may. But very regret fully inform you that till today neither receive the ordered goods not any satisfactory answer from your side. So, many times i am calling your customer care number but they not giving me satisfactorily answer. Every time they are told that my team is doing your work in item and you will receive the goods withith 4-5 days. I writing a mail to your team but my issue in pending not receive goods. You've sent us a message May 15 Till date not received ordered items. Kindly tell me exact time when i will receive items.
