I received the several emails (seemingly automated) from flipkart with a promises of an update regarding the refund of my cancelled flight (Cancelled by the airline) within 72hours. I have not received any information about my refund.
In between, I called the customer care service twice where the customer care agent of flipkart promised to give me information about my refund within 24hours, again leaving these promises unfulfilled.
I have been waiting for my refund for about 2 months and I need this money urgently. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour on the part of the flipkart. I request you to take immediate action and get me my refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
