[Resolved] Flipkart — not received my refund for my returned product | |||
I ordered a soundmagic e10c earphone in flipkart's authorized used product site called 2gud for rs 899 on 24th october, i received the earphone with in a week, and i realized the product is defective one, so i returned it, flipkart says you got refund with in two business days, but i have not received, so i mailed to customer care they say's your bank details is not updated, so i update my bank account and the next day flipkart said we can't reach you so your case is closed I trust flipkart, but they forgery me, flipkart beacomes flopkart.
