[Resolved] Flipkart — not received product - headphone | |||
Hi Team, Last Sunday (03.12.2017) I have placed one order for JBL headphone in Flipkart.But they cancelled my order on next day without my knowledge.I don't know why they are cancelled my order.After I called to customer care.They we can't deliver that product.they didn't give proper reason for cancellation. Verified Support Dec 13, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue: order cancelledResolution: We had apologized and informed customer that order has been cancelled by the seller as its price was incorrectly listed by them on the website and app. Informed him that as Token of Apology Rs. 100 has been added to his Flipkart wallet as gift voucher. Hence, closing the complaint. | |||
