Hi Team,
Last Sunday (03.12.2017) I have placed one order for JBL headphone in Flipkart.But they cancelled my order on next day without my knowledge.I don't know why they are cancelled my order.After I called to customer care.They we can't deliver that product.they didn't give proper reason for cancellation.

So I need my product.

Kindly do the needful..

Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue: order cancelled

Resolution: We had apologized and informed customer that order has been cancelled by the seller as its price was incorrectly listed by them on the website and app. Informed him that as Token of Apology Rs. 100 has been added to his Flipkart wallet as gift voucher. Hence, closing the complaint.

Updated by venkates221 I know these things .But this reason is not good one.If seller made a pricing error that belongs your responsibility only.For that you cancelled My product.I can't accept this reason..

Updated by venkates221 If resending of product is not possible then give me Gift Voucher of product price (Rs.349)..not 100 Rs.
