[Resolved]  Flipkart — not received refund for returned product

I had ordered moto e4 plus. As per flipkart delivery person said my replacement phone was not upto there expectations. So he haven't delivery product to me. I have paid via credit card. Phone is returned on 7th sept 2017. But i haven't received my money 7499 yet. I have called many times but flipkart people are not responding properly. They are only keeping me waiting. I am facing a big trouble and my money is also pending. Please help me.
