[Resolved] Flipkart — not received refund from flipkart | |
Dear team, My order od[protected] has been cancelled by seller / flipkart team on 06.07.2020 and till date i haven't receive any refund. Customer care team asked me to froward my bank detail for refund but when i am trying to reply the system respond "this mail [protected]@flipkart.com does not valid". After contacting with customer care center they give only official answers, we will check and refund the amount but not giving any mail to send bank details. So let me know how to approach flipkart team, as of flipkart status i am not expecting this type of service.
