This was produred on (5th of april 2021), as my Fan wasn't working i've ordered pack of 2 fan from flipkart, i needed this earliest but estimated delivery TAT was (11th april) so i've ordered as i liked this product, when this product get delivered to me on (11th april) i realised there was only small single box so i made an video whicle unpacking video, there was only 1 fan which i recieved, seller might dispatched 1 fan.
So, i contacted flipkart customer care and informed them i've recieved only one fan as i've ordered pack of 2, so please ship other one, as per flipkart customer support there was no option to ship pending product if i recieved shot item there is 2 option, 1. take a refund for 1 product, 2. request for replacement so they will resolve and replace same.
as this pack of 2 fan was ordered for my living room, i dont want to keep single fan what if i didnt get same fan in the future? So, i decided to take a replacement against same.
Replacement requested on same day 11th April, i belive same day again i've conatcted flipkart for same the customer care exicutive told me that i've seleted wrong option (Item missing) and i may face problem while pickup so she cancelled my current return request and raised new return request against same and updated your issue will get resolved on 15th of April, but as i dosn't have fan i'm facing very much problem and as my order was in hold i cannot be able procure new from any other website, on 15th April morning again 've conacted customer care exicutive so she replyed that sir your issue will be get resolved on 18th April place wait.
This was very disapponting for me, and i informed her mam this need to be resolve by today as per your (Flipkart) comitment she told me it was showing it will resolved by 18th April, but she suddenly told me to sir please wait till 7pm today 15th April we will try to re-solve this i said okay, and when i disconnet the call i got a message from flipkart saying your return issue will be resolved by 17th April?
Okay wait more 2 days, on 17th April again i've requested for call back, they use to call me and requested atlest 2 time to resolve this today itsef, but they may not working on my case they got money for my orders and now they are playing with me, agin conacted customer care i requested exicutive to please re-solve this issue earliest, and he give me positive response sir you will recieve call within some time i've forwarder your request to higjher depoartment etc.but he was also tring to play with me, No calls, no reply. today is 18th April and im still awaiting for replacement order,
And now when see flipkart portl they not disappeared resolution date and just mentioned

What kind of service is this you are playing with customer's? i ordered pack of 2 Fan, if your seller shipped 1 product it was not consumer problem Flipkart you need to understand same, we order from online website becouse we trust you and it was prepaid order.
I want replacement for my order in this week only.
