[Resolved] Flipkart — not received the order but the order status is delivered | |||||
I had ordered my thing on Jun 6, 2018 and they estimated the delivery to be on Jun 9, 2018. However it got delayed and was postponed to Jun 11, 2018. Yesterday night at 10:24pm I got a message saying my order has been delivered. I was not at home and when I contacted home they told nothing has come. What should I do? I have the delivery person's number. When I contact him, his phone is always unreachable. What kind of service is this? Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 22, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They have delivered the product last Friday. I also received a call from flipkart customer care personnel to ensure that the issue has been resolved. Please look into this issue. I had ordered for my parent's wedding anniversary which was over a week back. I cannot even contact you over customer care number. Apart from causing harm to my trust in you, a lot of hard-earned money has been spent on it. Flipkart, you have lost a valuable customer I can say. Please revert back the money as soon as possible. I have already given the delivery person's number as was displayed on the app. Please let me know if you need any further details.
