I ordered for MI TV 55'' in a flash sale on June 6, 2018. Payment was successful but they cancelled the order due to out of stock.

Now, they are asking me to wait for 6-8 days to get my money.

It's their system fault as they took payment against an out of stock product.

Either you give me my money back now or confirm my order.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the amount has been debited from customer account, however, the order was not confirmed. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the amount has been reverted back to customer account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

Updated by sudipfreelancer Nothing is fixed. Your service is pathetic. I haven't received the money yet. You are just repeating the same tape again and again.
I already filed a case against you. You wait and see.
