Dear sir, I have order an item from flipkart but soon cancel the item. Flipkart said that they will refund my money within 6working days. But it's been one month, they did not refund my money rs. 999. I wrote so many times but they ignoring my mail. Kindly do the needful so that i will have back my refund amount. Jun 8, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 09, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support May 06, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer has raised the concern that he as not received the refund. We have interacted with customer and informed that the seller has confirmed that the refund is already completed on 13th March, 2018. Requested customer to get in touch with the bank. Closing the complaint from our side.
