[Resolved]  Flipkart — Not refunding my money ethier delivered my product

I ordered iphone 12 on 3rd October 2021 and now it's 14th October 2021 till now Flipkart app showing me the same status 1 min delayed out for delivery and I called customer care approx 50 times always they are replying me the same answer that our team is working on it you issue will resolve today and day after day the date changed of resloving my problem and they are not giving product nor my refund. Now I don't know how will my I take my refund of rs 50100/- and while ordering they are guaranteed delivery for 2 hours but 2 hours not completed yet and not solving my problem too & nowtimes I call customer care they always cut my phone while putting me on hold.
I am very helpless please help me.
