I ordered a phone from flipkart on 22nd March, 2021 and the product got delivered to me on the next day. But the phone has got a faulty display problem because of which the screen flickers periodically and the phone becomes unusable at that moment. Since then I have raised 5 replacement request but it has been rejected by Flipkart. During the technician visit, the technician(from Jeeves, the company with which Flipkart has been tied with) himshelf assured there is a faulty display problem due to which the screen is flickering, but still then the replacement has been rejected for 5 times.
As a student I have to attend my online classes and check my emails, but because of the problem, I can't even attend my classes properly.
Further, I want to say that Flipkart has been torturing me since last 6 days of my purchase by rejecting my replacement request and ignoring my complaint. Now I want a refund/replacement for my phone from Flipkart.
