[Resolved] Flipkart — not replacing / returning damaged products | |||
Hello, I had purchased an laptop from flipkart on 22.01.2020 which i received 28.01.2020. Order ID: OD[protected]. I received a damaged product.Which I cannot use after I purchased.When I am calling they are saying technician will come, ignore app saying cancellation etc etc...When I am asking them customer care saying it's a technical issue.They assures day after day.and Return getting cancelled again and again.This is happening 3rd time.
