Flipkart — Not responding to replacement

I bought a MI4I and faced complaint on Touch Screen . On raising replacement request and rejected replacement again i raising replacement request . Even now the phone has issue and when I raised complaint no revert received and by completion of 30 Days I was given a mail saying request is rejected and cannot be replaced. Solve my issue and dont give these kind of fraud replacement promises. This is cheating from Flipkart OD ID[protected] Return ID: 33704385,
