Flipkart — not returning

I ordered a jeans but received a wrong product. I got a leggings.
Order was delivery to me on 1 nov 2019 and i placed the return request same day. I waited for 3 days and on 4th nov 2019 my refund was rejected

I want to return the product and want my refund but they are not accepting my return. They are ready to exchange the product but i want the refund only because i am getting better deal on other site for same product
