Ordered tuski rakhi set on 5 aug 2022, which was delivered on 8 aug but was different(image attached) from which i ordered or shown in descriptive image by Flipkart. I instantly raised the complaint along with the pic of delivered rakhi set. I also gave review with the pic. I called customer care to create a return request which they created but return was rejected stating illogical reply of confirmation of delivery by courier partner of item whereas i was complaining of wrong delivery of item(image attached). I again called customer care and raised return request which was again rejected with same illogical reply. They seriously don't read/understand what customer is saying, just keep on acting/replying like a robot.
I created return request 5 times (image attached of mail) and all rejected with same reply, last request was created on 18 aug(image attached) which was rejected on 19 aug and then flipkart.com blacklisted me stating unusual returns, like seriously. Thankfully I took screenshots before they behaved unethically.
As Flipkart has a policy of return/refund if "Not as per description" I want this item to be returned/refunded. I trusted Flipkart but they forced me to come here.
I being a plus customer of Flipkart, blacklisted for no proper reason, pathetic and completely unprofessional behaviour by Flipkart.
