[Resolved] Flipkart — not sending product neither returning money | |||
I had oredered asus zanfone max m1 and flipkart mobile proection for rs 7598 on 5th nov 2018 (Order id od[protected] but first they declined having received any money and then later they started saying that they have received the money but the backend team would resolve the issue (But they don't) hence they would call me but even after ten days whenever i call them they extend the deadline for 2 more days and do nothing... I have mailed them but again they don't respond. Please help to resolve my issue. I just want my money back i don't need the mobile anymore. My mob no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

got my resolution withinn three days of complaining Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 21, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
