Flipkart — not shipping the order for 15 days and then cancelling the order

I ordered a asus laptop from flipkart seller - retailnet. My ordered was placed on 22 october 2019 and was to be delivered by 27-10-19, my ordered was not even shipped till 27th, so i called customer care and a next date of delivery was 2-11-19 same happened again to 4-11-19 then 7-11-19, then on the 6th ordered was cancelled as the price increased by 25000. I contacted customer care they said that the order was cancelled by the seller.
