Hello Team, I have Purchased a Panasonic 1.5 Ton AC in flipkart with Order ID: OD[protected] on 23rd September. Its was expected to be delivered by 29th September. Since its not shipped still now. I contacted customer support from past 10 days continuously, Everytime i contacted they are saying it will be resolved by 24 to 48hrs but they are not able to resolve the issue. They are not giving proper answer/information about the delay in shipping. They are saying "due to unforeseen issues order was delayed". Today also i called to customer support team they are disconnecting the call after telling the issue. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 10, 2022 Updated by smadatha Hi, Flipkart seller cancelled my order just now. I got good discount on big billion days. How come they cancelled my order. Then my question to Flipkart is why I waited for those days and what I got in retun of that. Why offer is provided to us if they cancelled the product at the end. Now that product price has increased also. Very worst service, didn't expected they cancelled the order. I think Flipkart has to stop giving false offers. From this forum i request you to take some action.
